A journey within...

Lina started this journey about 15 years ago, in Colombia when she was still working for multinational companies. 

She decided to change her life to do something with more impact and purpose and help others on this beautiful journey within. 


She has been studying and teaching meditation, yoga, nature therapy, mindfulness and Holistic Coaching for years and that has allowed her to live a more conscious life, and overcome traumas and old patterns and beliefs that were affecting her life. 

She has dedicated herself to these methods of self-awareness, self-love, and growth, knowing that we all suffer and experience challenges in our lives. For this reason, she shares these practices guiding others on this inner path. These powerful practices have been able to help people reconnect with their true essence and realize their unlimited potential. 

She guides you through the process of getting out of autopilot so you can live the happy and fulfilling life you deserve, awaken awareness, love and heal yourself through holistic coaching, mindfulness, nature therapy and Yoga/meditation. 

Anxiety, low self-esteem and depression were part of her life, but these amazing tools helped her unlock inner peace, awareness, the love and happiness that is within each of us!
