A Mindfulness practice to be present

This mindfulness exercise will help you to come back to the present moment, and to reduce some of the anxiety and overwhelming emotions:

Take a few moments to slow down, take 3 deep breaths and breathe out releasing any tension, then find:



✨5 things you can see with mindful attention, observe their colors, shapes, size (no judgments), we are cultivating awareness.

✨4 things you can touch and feel them actually touch them, feel their texture, feel them on your skin, how does it feel like?

✨3 things you can hear, listen carefully, with attention.

✨2 things you can smell, what sensations these smells bring?

✨ 1 thing you can taste? What are you tasting now?


Close your eyes and take a few deep slow breaths focusing your attention on your breath.


Bring one hand on the belly and the other one on the heart. Feel your belly rising and falling, gentle breath awareness.
